  • Answer: You may use Nubi Yogurt name as long as the business is in the location and no restrictions to use other name.
  • If we keep the Nubi name, how do the existing marketing platform accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Website, Twitter) get transferred to us?
  • Answer : We really don't have any marketing platform. Nubi yogurt website is belong to the corporation, and they never been updated it.  We have Nubi Redlands Facebook which can be transferred It, but never been updated either.  No Instagram, No Twitter...
  • Are there any guidelines and restrictions to run the business under the Nubi name? (e.g., Business agreement with Nubi, terms of use, Do we buy frozen yogurt directly from the Nubi company? or who is the approved vendor?)
  • Answer: No guideline nor restrictions to run the business since this is private owned business not a franchise. We have been purchased through 2 venders to buy yogurts, toppings and etc.
  • Do you have the data of sales ranking by flavor at Nubi Redlands?
  • Answer: No, but we have a steady selling flavor can be provided.
  • Could you please share 5 years tax returns?
